Apartments

Kaufman & Broad has applied its capabilities and expertise to building apartments in the Paris region since 1985.
Kaufman & Broad also operates in Nice, Grenoble, Lyon, Marseille and Toulouse, where it is among the top five companies in the industry, as well as in Rouen, Montpellier, Nantes, Bordeaux and Bayonne, Annecy and Toulon.
Kaufman and Broad delivered 5,414 apartements (EHU) in 2011.

Commercial property

In nearly 40 years, Kaufman & Broad built a number of office and commercial developments, which totaled 487,000 sq.-m of office space. However, it withdrew from this business in 1992. In 1998, the Group again decided to leverage its expertise in commercial property with a new team dedicated to risk-free projects on behalf of third parties.
In the case of restructuring and renovation projects, K&B represents the owner as general contractor. In the case of "sales before completion" contracts, K&B designs the project with the assistance of outside architects, signs an agreement to sell and seeks a tenant and an investor or a final investor. It does not purchase land or buildings until this process has been completed.
In all its commercial property programs, Kaufman & Broad focuses on meeting investors’ key concerns by maximizing the value of the investment and providing future users with an upscale, highly efficient product.
