From 1993 to 1999, she was CEO of Cariane Group, a coach and bus operator. Previously, Sylvie Charles worked for SNCF Group as Deputy Director of regional activities from 1988 to 1992. From 1986 to 1988, she was Technical Advisor to the office of the Minister for Local Authorities.

    In 1982, Alain de Pouzilhac became Chairman- Chief Executive Officer of Havas and developed Havas Conseil in Europe. In the early 1990s, he completed the merger between Eurocom and RSCG to become Euro RSCG Worldwide, and was named Chairman- CEO. In 1996, he formed the parent company Havas Advertising, which became Havas in 2002. In December 2005, Alain de Pouzilhac was named Chairman of the Management Board of the French International News Channel, France 24. In February 2008, he was appointed by the French President as Chairman-CEO of Audiovisuel Extérieur de la France, which holds France 24, RFI and TV5 Monde.

    Olivier de Vregille joined PAI partners in 1983. From 1983 to 1996, he was in charge of advisory services and investments in the construction, transportation, security, engineering, environment and infrastructure sectors. Since 1996, he has been specifically in charge of investments in the energy and construction sectors. Olivier de Vregille has been involved in a number of transactions including Eiffage, Antargaz, Saur, Spie, Monier (previously Lafarge Roofing) and Xella. Prior to PAI partners, Olivier de Vregille had worked with Paribas Capital Markets. Olivier de Vregille graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (1975), from ENSAE (1980) and from Centre de Perfectionnement dans l’Administration des Affaires (CPA 1994).

    Lionel Zinsou joined PAI Partners in 2008. He began his professional career as lecturer and professor of economics at Université de Paris XIII and was advisor to the Minister of Industry, then the Prime minister. In 1986, Lionel Zinsou joined Danone where he held several positions; including Director of the Development Department, CEO of HP and of Lea & Perrins and member of the Executive Committee. In 1997, Lionel Zinsou joined Rothschild & Cie as Managing Partner where he was responsible for the Consumer Goods Group for the Middle East and Africa and was a member of the Global Investment Bank Committee. He was named Chairman of PAI Partners in 2009.

Guy NAFILYAN

  • After a career as an attorney before the Paris Court of Appeals with a law firm specialized in real estate and corporate law, Guy Nafilyan joined Kaufman & Broad in 1977 as Chief Executive Officer with particular responsibility for expanding the housing business in France. In 1983, he was appointed Chairman of Kaufman & Broad France, and in 1986 became Senior Vice President of Kaufman & Broad Home Corporation, the Company’s parent which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Nafilyan was elected as a director of Kaufman & Broad Home Corporation in 1987, and appointed Executive Vice President of the company in 1992. In 2000, he oversaw Kaufman & Broad SA's initial public offering on the Paris Bourse and has since led the Company’s expansion both in the Greater Paris area and in France’s other regions.

Bruno COCHE

  • Bruno Coche holds a law degree as well as a diploma from Institut d’Etudes Politiques Bordeaux in economics and finance. He joined Sediver in 1989 as Treasury Manager and later served as head of Administrative and Financial Services in the Marketing Division France/Export. In 1996, he moved to Giraud, where as head of Treasury and Financing for Europe he contributed to the company’s development and its top-line operations. He joined Kaufman & Broad in June 2002 as Director of Treasury and Financing. In that capacity, he played a key role in the company’s expansion and helped to build its financing structure. Mr. Coche was appointed Senior Vice President Finance and a member of the Management Committee in December 2009.

Jean-François DEMARIS

  • After earning a Master's degree in economics, Jean-François Demaris began his career with Alcatel, where he was in charge of economic and human resources research for the company’s regional plants. He was then appointed as Divisional Head of Insurance and Asset Management, and Head of Administrative Services for a documentation unit. In 1982, he joined the optronics division of CGE as Human Resources Director, where he oversaw the merger and restructuring of several companies. In 1989, he joined SAFT as Human Resources Director for the international Power Electronics division, where he worked on organizational development, HR projects, and the development of a manufacturing culture. In 1993, he became Human Resources Director for Alcatel Data Networks, a Franco-American joint venture specialized in data network products and services, before serving as Director of Management Development for an Alcatel division. Mr. Demaris joined Kaufman & Broad SA as Vice President, Human Resources in January 2000, when he was also appointed to the Management Committee. He was named Senioir Vice President, Human Resources in January 2007.

Marc NAFILYAN

  • After earning a law degree, Marc Nafilyan began his career in 1987 with an independent developer in Paris. He joined Coprim in 1993 as land developer focusing on the Paris - Île-de-France region. In 2005, he co-founded the company Pyramide Promotion Immobilière and worked closely with Kaufman & Broad. In 2007 he joined Kaufman & Broad as head of the Nice agency, before becoming Regional Vice President Provence - Côte d'Azur in 2008. He has been a member of the Management Committee since January 2009 and Senior Vice President in charge of Île-de-France since January 2009.

Jacques RUBIO

  • Jacques Rubio, après une formation d’ingénieur, crée en 1975 avec la famille Malardeau, la SA Malardeau qui réalise des opérations immobilières dans le Sud de la France. Il occupe les fonctions de Secrétaire Général, puis devient Président Directeur Général en 1985. En 2004, la SA Malardeau devient filiale du groupe Kaufman et Broad et il est nommé Directeur Régional Kaufman et Broad Sud-Ouest. En 2009, il est nommé Directeur Général en charge de la région Sud-Ouest, avec les agences de Toulouse, Bordeaux et Bayonne. Il est membre du Comité de Direction depuis décembre 2009.

William TRUCHY

  • After earning a degree in business, William Truchy began his career in real estate in 1980, working for an agency in Nancy, before joining Promogim in 1982. He was head of sales in Burgundy and the Rhône-Alpes region, and subsequently Sales Director for the Provence Côte d'Azur, Bordeaux and Toulouse regions. He was appointed National Sales Director in 1987 and then Senior Vice President in 1989. Mr. Truchy joined Kaufman & Broad in March 2003 as Sales and Marketing Director for the Ile-de-France region. He was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing in January 2005, and currently leads the Sales and Marketing and Showroom processes for operations in Paris and the Ile-de-France area. He has been a member of the Management Committee since December 2004 and Senior Vice President, Marketing, France since December 2006.

Patrick ZAMO

  • With a Works Management degree from Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics, Patrick Zamo joined Bouygues as an on-site foreman in 1971 before moving in 1976 to Kaufman & Broad, where he oversaw the construction of single-family homes. He was appointed Building Production Director in 1983 and then Technical Director in 1988. In July 1991 he became Senior Vice President of Kaufman & Broad Homes in charge of production. In 2002 he was appointed Regional Vice President, Ile-de-France, and tasked with overseeing the Project Design department for communities of single-family homes in France. Mr. Zamo has been a member of the Management Committee since July 1991 and Regional Vice President, Ile-de-France Apartments since December 2006.
